1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Account Security

Users must be ≥18 years old.
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account/password confidentiality.

  • Accurate registration data (email, name, address).

  • Promptly updating changed information.

PCI-DSS Compliance: All payments are processed via Shopify Payment; we never store full card numbers or CVV codes. Report suspicious activity immediately to 2315544132@qq.com

3. Product Information & Pricing

Prices are in USD. All shipments are sent without additional taxes, customs duties, or fees. In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes or customs charges.

4. Payments & Billing

Accepted payment methods: Visa、Mastercard、American Express (AE/AmeX)、JCB、Discover、Diners Club、UnionPay、PayPal 、Pix、Konbini、Rabbit Line Pay.

Security Assurance:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted with PCI-DSS-compliant protocols – your payment details are tokenized and handled directly by LianLian Global and PayPal, never by Glowvana Jewelry.

Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days via glowvanajewelry@gmail.com

5. Shipping & Returns

International: 7-20 business days .

Return Policy:

  • 30-day window ： We accept returns on unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Buyer covers return shipping：If the product has quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • Lost/damaged shipments: Contact us within 14 days for investigation.

    Refund Processing – Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, less any applicable fees.

    Final Sale Items – Items marked as "Final Sale," including clearance items, gift cards, and personalized/custom orders, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    Lost or Damaged Shipments – If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate an investigation. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, designs, text) is owned by Sofia's Collection or licensed partners.
Unauthorized reproduction/distribution is prohibited. Report infringement to 2315544132@qq.com

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Sofia's collection is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

  • Product misuse or accidental damage.

  • Delays/cancellations due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, supplier issues).

Maximum liability = order value paid.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (excluding conflict of law principles).
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts within the United States.
Class Action Waiver: Claims must be pursued individually.

9. Modifications & Termination

We may update terms with 15 days' notice (posted on Site). Continued use = acceptance.
Accounts may be suspended for:

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Repeated policy violations.
